The level of disgust as I write this particular confessional is astonishing.

I have never, in my several years of playing ORGs, come across such a disgusting and outlandish show of display by any contestant.

Ok that’s a slight exaggeration, there’s been a few.

But Lori has outdone herself truly. One thing I’d like to make clear as I write this is that the way I feel or the level of my response has nothing to do with my friendship with Dino.

EVEN if Dan or Makosi were being attacked like that I would have spoken up. That is what surprises me the most about the people in this game. How more people have not spoken up and shut that girls mouth is beyond me. The stuff being said is no different to if it was a direct sexist, ageist or racist remark so I can’t understand why more people have not shown their dislike for it. But hey, each to their own, I suppose if they don’t think it’s their beef to get involved in why would they bother?

I understand that I might be making a mountain out of a mole hill but that right now is irrelevant. I’m not asking for her to be banned, but a little bit of singling out for her comments wouldn’t have gone a miss.

The question remains this, this is a game and I’m here to play it. Yes I threatened her eventual departure by indicating to her that she will be out of the door if she does not win POV. But that isn’t strictly true. Makosi is still a bigger threat then her, so she will definitely be in the firing line IF the nominations stay the same. I’ve already said that a part of me wants one of them to win, so that the decision to evict is easier. Right now I wouldn’t mind evicting them both. Part of me would also like to see Makosi win so that Lori’s fate is sealed. Hurry up POV results, I’m intrigued.

After some boredom struck I decided to go back on the Have/Have Not competitions and make myself feel better to see if I'm the only housemate to have ever NOT been a Have Not. Technically, me, Dana and Monet have all NEVER been Have Nots. However, I am the ONLY person still in the game to have never been a Have Not. That is if my research and knowledge and observation and reading serves me right. I might lose that personal best soon but it's fun to have an achievement on such a dull and dreary week in the house.

Eviction 5

Easily the most important eviction to date and the hardest too, so I’ll just get on with the festivities. I really do fill up with joy when thinking about the two witches that are up for eviction, why could it not be a double eviction?

Lori


Before this week, Lori was considered a frantic player. She was hardly around on AIM when I was on unless competitions were going down. She would always talk game, always ask the odd questions like “Who will you nominate?” and plead for me not to put her up on the off chance that I were to win the next HOH. She slowly began making it worse for her as the weeks went on. She would bother people, make up false rumours regarding alliances and just say the same thing to everyone. Then this week arrived and she went from a frantic player to a abysmal player. Whether she likes to call ‘gameplay’ or not her behaviour this week made me feel sick. This is just a game, and she was the first one to turn into something else and personally I believe someone who shares those kinds of views deserves not to be in the game. She was spouting off all kinds of nonsense and she can call it what she likes, but at the end of the day it was disgusting.

Pros

After this week, it is safe to assume that Lori is likely to be considered loose cannon. I don’t want to go through it all again but her antics left nothing to admire. It is because of her sad pathetic exterior that she might be useful to keep around. If she doesn’t go this week, she’ll go the next, or the one after that. She has never won a competition so history serves as a good example as to how the coming weeks are likely to pan out. She will be much easier to get out later down the line, say next week or the week after that. She will also NEVER win the game, so keeping her week after week means she will also be the target.

Cons

I have played ORGS for many years. There has always been behaviour which people see as ‘game play’ and personal issues do come up from time to time. What Lori did sets herself aside from everybody else because she genuinely set out to hurt someone’s feelings and did not care for the consequences. Game aside, someone who believes those things or even has it in them to write those things on a forum does not deserve to stay in a game like this. Nothing she has done makes me believe she deserves a place in Jury let alone going further than that.

Makosi

Nominated four times, saved herself twice and holds a joint record for the most competition wins in the game. That sums up Makosi’s journey up till now. I said in a confessional before that I believe Makosi’s biggest problem is that she thinks that she is ‘quirky’ that she somehow leaves people feeling intrigued. I can’t begin to explain how deluded she must really be. She uses outrageous fonts and has flamboyant claims in her rants and comes across more a lunatic then a BBCurve legend.

Pros

Strictly speaking, being nominated four times is not easy. Imogen, Billi and Dino are all housemates that nominated her during their HOH run. Keeping Makosi around means she will almost NEVER come after me until at least two of those people are gone. This gives me enough time to lounge around and do nothing; sailing passed them all into victory. The upper hand is that with such a ruthless competition record, taking context into account, Makosi will likely become HOH more times than just the once.

Cons

Nominated four times, saved herself in two POVs, had almost all the house after her. That’s a sign of a good winning story. Makosi has the best winning story out of everyone in the game. Taking context into account her two POV wins have been when she needed them the most. This week she apparently ‘gave up’ with no reason given, so had she tried, maybe she would not be in this position. Does someone who did not try to save herself deserve another chance to stay in? She has been a monster in most competitions and has come second or third in the comps that she hasn’t won. She is eligible to compete for HOH next round, this means she can easily win and take over the house again.

Therefore… the person I choose to evict from the BB Curve house is….



Makosi

Let me start by saying that this is a vote to evict Makosi NOT a vote to save Lori. This is a game and ultimately we are here to PLAY IT. We cannot play correctly if we play with our hearts on our sleeves. We have to use our brains and ultimately, Makosi is a MUCH bigger threat than Lori. Despite Lori’s crazy outburst this week, she still remains as one of the worst socially, and has yet to win a competition (yes I acknowledge that neither have I). We may never get this chance again, Makosi could fight us all out of the house, she’s too dangerous to keep around.

Goodbye Messages

Lori – If you’re the one to leave the good riddance to bad rubbish.

Makosi – I enjoyed the few chats that we had with each other. But, unfortunately you were a far bigger threat in the long run than Lori. You could have easily beat us all, so take it as a compliment. Thanks for the chats, and don’t be a stranger.
